TKZM-18脈沖控制儀TKZM-16,WD-1型溫度監(jiān)測儀

一、       概述General

 “WD – 1型溫度監(jiān)測儀”是用于監(jiān)測溫度的智能化儀表。它通過對(duì)被監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的溫度監(jiān)測，并參照您設(shè)定的報(bào)警值，對(duì)系統(tǒng)的工作狀況進(jìn)行檢測、顯示與報(bào)警。

“WD-1 temperature monitor: is an inligent instrument which is used for monitoring the temperature. Through the temperature monitoring to monitored system and according to the alarm value set by you, this instrument can inspect, display and alarm the operation condition of system.

本儀表采用高性能的*處理器、傳感器、工業(yè)級(jí)IC模塊和高穩(wěn)定性的元器件，并經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的老化與篩選。因此儀表具有穩(wěn)定性好、精度高、抗*力強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。儀表殼體采用不銹鋼材料制成，適用于各種惡劣環(huán)境。

This instrument uses a central processing unit with high performance, sensor, IC module of industrial grade and components of high stability, and has passed strict aging and screening test. Therefore, this instrument is characterized by good stability, high precision and strong capacity of resisting disturbance. The instrument housing is made of stainless materials and is suitable for a variety of harsh environments.

二、主要功能說明II. Description of main functions

2.1     溫度監(jiān)測  Temperature monitoring

本系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測、顯示被監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的溫度（如循環(huán)水的溫度、油溫等），當(dāng)溫度超過您設(shè)置的zui高溫度值和低于您設(shè)置的zui低溫度值時(shí)，系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行報(bào)警。

The system monitors and displays the temperature (such as temperature of circulating water, oil temperature, etc.) of the monitored system. When the temperature exceeds the maximum temperature value and lower than the minimum temperature value set that you set, the system will alarm.

2.2     TKZM-18脈沖控制儀TKZM-16,WD-1型溫度監(jiān)測儀報(bào)警   Alarm

系統(tǒng)報(bào)警后，可通過儀表輸出的DC24V/1A/1Hz的報(bào)警電信號(hào)驅(qū)動(dòng)外接報(bào)警器；同時(shí)，儀表面板上相應(yīng)的狀態(tài)指示燈閃爍，說明報(bào)警原因。

After system alarming, the external warner can be driven through the alarm signal of DC24V/1A/1Hz output by the instrument. At the same time, relevant status indicator lamp on the instrument flashes, indicating the cause of the alarm.

四、儀表使用說明Instrument instructions

概述 General
 

圖一是二次表面板示意圖，它分為三個(gè)部分。

Figure 1 is diagram for secondary instrument panel, which is divided into three parts.

*部分是數(shù)字顯示部分，顯示溫度數(shù)字量。本顯示部分采用液晶顯示器件，并帶自控背光源，無論環(huán)境光線強(qiáng)弱，顯示都一目了然。

The first part is digit display, displaying the temperature digit. The display uses LED components with self-control backlight; whether the ambient light is strong or weak, the display is clear.

第二部分是被監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)溫度狀態(tài)指示燈。其中高溫、低溫指示燈是報(bào)警及原因指示。在參數(shù)設(shè)置時(shí)，又是設(shè)置相應(yīng)報(bào)警值的指示。

The second part is the indicating light of temperature state of monitored system. In which, the high temperature and low temperature indicating lights are alarm and reason indication. In parameter settings, it is indications to set corresponding alarm value.

第三部分是儀表按鍵。它包括移位，調(diào)整兩個(gè)功能鍵。其具體功能見操作說明。

The third part is instrument presses, including two functional keys: replacement key and adjustment key. See instructions for their specific functions.

4.2     基本操作Basic operations

儀表通電后自動(dòng)進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)。

After power on, the instrument automatically enter operating state.

使用儀表，必須通過儀表背板上的按鍵對(duì)相關(guān)報(bào)警值進(jìn)行設(shè)置，否則，將使用出廠設(shè)置值。

When using the instrument for the first time, set corresponding alarm value by the presses on the instrument backboard, otherwise, the factory default settings shall be used.

附：指示燈在報(bào)警值設(shè)置時(shí)的定義與出廠時(shí)設(shè)置值：

Note: The definition of indicating light at the setting of alarm value and the factory-set value:

高溫——設(shè)置高溫報(bào)警值       出廠設(shè)置值：125.0℃

High temperature –Set high temperature alarm value  Factory-set value: 125.0℃

低溫——設(shè)置低溫報(bào)警值       出廠設(shè)置值：10.0℃

Low temperature –Set low temperature alarm value    Factory-set value: 10.0℃

4.2.1       設(shè)置高低溫報(bào)警值Set high and low temperature alarm value

在開機(jī)狀態(tài)下，同時(shí)按儀表背板上的移位、調(diào)整鍵，進(jìn)入高、低溫報(bào)警值設(shè)置：

In the state of starting up, press the replacement key and adjustment key on the instrument backboard at the same time to enter the setting of high and low temperature alarm value:

進(jìn)入設(shè)置狀態(tài)后，先設(shè)置的對(duì)象為高溫報(bào)警值，此時(shí)高溫狀態(tài)指示燈亮(如圖二所示)，相應(yīng)數(shù)字顯示屏的數(shù)位數(shù)字閃爍（數(shù)字顯示屏所顯示的數(shù)值為系統(tǒng)上次設(shè)定值，例125.0℃）。按調(diào)整鍵循環(huán)選擇數(shù)的大小，正確后按移位鍵進(jìn)入下一位數(shù)字設(shè)置。

After entering the setting state, the first set object is high temperature alarm value, at this point, the indicating light of high temperature state is on (see Figure 2), and the corresponding digital numbers on the digital display flashes (the number displayed on the digital display is the setting value for the last time, e.g. 125.0℃). Press the adjustment key to select the numbers cycled, when it is right, press replacement key to enter the setting of next digit.
