制藥機(jī)械、旋轉(zhuǎn)式壓片機(jī)、制藥壓片機(jī)（祥和牌）是我公司開發(fā)研制而成的一種單壓式自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)壓片機(jī)器，將顆粒狀原料壓制成各種普通及異形片，主要應(yīng)用于制藥工業(yè)的片劑生產(chǎn)，同時(shí)適用化工、食品、電子、塑料、粉未治金工業(yè)部門。外圍罩殼為全封閉，材料采用不銹鋼，符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。裝有透明玻璃觀察窗，能清楚地看到機(jī)器的工作情況且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清理和保養(yǎng)。本機(jī)具有壓力大，壓片片經(jīng)范圍大，能壓制普通，異形，環(huán)形等多種形狀片劑，特別適合多品種，小批量生產(chǎn)。機(jī)電一體化，所有控制器及調(diào)節(jié)裝置集中于機(jī)體一側(cè)，易于操作。配有壓力過載保護(hù)裝置，避免機(jī)器損壞。采用油浸式潤(rùn)滑的傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)密閉在機(jī)體下方，延長(zhǎng)了使用壽命避免了交叉污染。
