THAT 2180 單列直插式 VCA 是一種非常高性能的電流輸入/電流輸出設(shè)備，具有兩個(gè)相反極性的電壓敏感控制端口。

The THAT 2180 single-in-line VCA is a very high performance current-in / current-out device with two opposing-polarity,voltage-sensitive control ports.

It offers wide-range exponential control of gain and attenuation with low signal distortion.

The part is trimmed at wafer stage for low THD and control-voltage feedthrough without further adjustment.

The VCA design takes advantage of a fully complementary dielectric isolation process, which offers closely matched NPN/PNP pairs, to deliver discrete performance at IC prices.
