黑色底座。

以下顏色的外殼：

• C2: RAL 2004 橙色，光亮飾面。
• C3: RAL 7035 灰色，光亮飾面。
• C1: RAL 7021 灰黑色, 光亮飾面。

底座與外殼的接合采用超聲波焊接，可防止分離并避免灰塵進(jìn)入。

讀數(shù)窗

透明聚酰胺基（PA-T）高科技聚合體，模壓到外殼，密封性。耐溶劑、機(jī)油、油脂以及其他化學(xué)溶劑（清潔時(shí)不得接觸酒精）。

顯示

顯示由主軸控制的機(jī)構(gòu)從起始位置（0）開始移動(dòng)的距離。

三位數(shù)字式滾動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)器。紅色滾動(dòng)帶上的數(shù)字為小數(shù)。

• DD50: 黑色氧化處理鋼轂。
• DD50-SST: AISI 303 不銹鋼轂。

旋轉(zhuǎn)方向

• D: clockwise. Increasing values with clockwise rotation of the boss.
• S: anti-clockwise. Increasing values with anti-clockwise rotation of the boss.

安裝說明

安裝說明

1. 在機(jī)器本體上鉆一個(gè)尺寸為Ø 6 mm×10 mm的孔，用以安裝尾部基準(zhǔn)銷，孔離開主軸中心距離為18 mm。
2. 主軸設(shè)置在起始或基準(zhǔn)位置。
3. 將清零的滾動(dòng)式計(jì)數(shù)器的指示器裝在主軸上，并確認(rèn)基準(zhǔn)銷是否與孔相匹配。
4. 襯套由帶內(nèi)六角槽及UNI5929-85杯狀端的埋頭螺釘固定安裝到軸上
