英國Bert伯特進口化工屏蔽泵概述

 臥式化工屏蔽泵，主要由泵體、葉輪、屏蔽電機等組成，采用全新的靜封結構，作到滴水不漏，保證工作環(huán)境不受污染。其性能符合ASME B73標準。主要用于石油、化工、紡織印染、制藥、食品、冶金、電站及原子能等腐蝕性介質及有特殊要求的介質。

1、高效節(jié)能：采用CFD計算流體動力學，分析計算出泵內壓力分布和速度分布關系、優(yōu)化泵的流道設計，確保泵有高效的水力形線，提高了泵的效率。
2、靜密封結構：采用全新的靜密封結構，出廠時作嚴格的密封試驗，作到滴水不漏，保證工作環(huán)境不受污染。
3、低噪音：采用靜噪音設計方法，減少噪音，噪音比一般普通泵低3～５%。
4、材料：與介質接觸的零部件材料采用優(yōu)質不銹鋼（可根據(jù)不同介質采用不同的材質），耐腐蝕、壽命長。
5、維修方便：臥式安裝，后開門結構，維修方便，日常維護簡單
6、整機性能好：采用*的雙節(jié)流環(huán)平衡法，軸向力平衡效果好，有效減少電機故障率，提高運行可靠性；平衡精度高，轉子部件動平衡精度為G1.0級。
7、鑄造工藝新：過流泵部件（如泵體、葉輪、泵蓋、密封環(huán)等），采用硅融膠精密鑄造，流道尺寸穩(wěn)定;鑄件成型后采用酸洗工藝去除鑄件表面殘留的附著物，保留金屬本質，不會因鑄造附著物而影響輸送的介質。
