用途及特點
　　該機床適用于活塞環(huán)鉻前處理，它集目前各種活塞環(huán)專用噴砂機之優(yōu)點，以磨液泵及壓縮空氣為動力，通過噴槍將貯料箱中的磨液、磨料以高速噴射到工件表面。鍍前經噴砂處理，對鍍層與基體的結合力起著關鍵作用。能去除輕微毛刺，減少工件鍍前酸堿處理。使鍍前表面處于良好狀態(tài)。鍍后噴砂處理表面產生均勻與密布的細小凹坑，起著儲油的初期磨合作用。并能去除微小的鉻瘤，強化零件表面。加工環(huán)徑可根據客戶要求來定制。DX08 型全部為不銹鋼材料制作。
