拉索千斤頂提供精確可控的頂升。

特點(diǎn)：

拉索千斤頂提升技術(shù)來(lái)源于混凝土柱張緊原理。可將拉索千斤頂看作一套直線(xiàn)型絞車(chē)。拉索千斤頂中，一束鋼索或絞線(xiàn)穿過(guò)一個(gè)液壓油缸,油缸上方和下方是錨固系統(tǒng)，使用楔子夾緊絞線(xiàn)束。線(xiàn)夾錨固時(shí)，通過(guò)油缸的頂升或縮回進(jìn)行提升或下降。

油缸由液壓動(dòng)力組（電力或柴油）驅(qū)動(dòng)。我們精密的 SCC 軟件程序可對(duì)拉索千斤頂?shù)倪\(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行同步并根據(jù)提升點(diǎn)對(duì)載荷運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

Enerpac 拉索千斤頂采用兩種鋼索類(lèi)型：15.7mm 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鋼索和 18mm 密實(shí)鋼索。15.7mm 鋼索工作時(shí)的動(dòng)載荷可達(dá) 110kN，18mm 鋼索工作時(shí)的動(dòng)載荷可達(dá) 155kN。千斤頂所用鋼索的數(shù)量和類(lèi)型決定了其安全工作的負(fù)載重量。對(duì)于提升應(yīng)用，Enerpac 拉索千斤頂?shù)陌踩禂?shù)（斷裂負(fù)載與工作負(fù)載之比）為 2.5。
