主要性能特點(diǎn):
● 采用觸摸屏操作實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)對(duì)話，可顯示生產(chǎn)速度、故障原因及位置，自動(dòng)化程度高。采用PLC控制紙箱的轉(zhuǎn)向、排序、碼垛層數(shù)、棧板供應(yīng)及送出。
● 碼垛方式調(diào)整方便、簡(jiǎn)單，可在觸摸屏上進(jìn)行;碼垛穩(wěn)定 、高效，可大大節(jié)省人力。
● 輸送系統(tǒng)采用伺服電機(jī)及剎車馬達(dá)控制,確保將紙箱快速準(zhǔn)確輸送到預(yù)定位置.
● 噪音小符合中國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)噪音為75db以下.

Main features:

● Touch screen shows the working capacity, reason and place of trouble has a high automatic degree.You can control the order of carton,stack layer, board supplying and output by putting them into the programme with the help of PLC. 
● Only need to control the touch screen to adjust the type of palletizing;Stable and high effect palletizing may reduce laborcost.
● Cartons supplying system is controlled by brake motor which can make the carton be conveyed according to the fixed order.
● Lower noise which is suit for China Internatioal Standard Noise（<75db）
