注意事項:
●本儀器試驗過程中如空氣相對濕度大于70%,兩電極間空氣放電的距離會增加很多,所以試驗中請與儀器保持1.2米的距離。
●本儀器之控制計算機專為電壓擊穿試驗機設(shè)計,請勿隨意添加和刪除程序或移作它用。
●本公司保留對設(shè)備改進的權(quán)利,并不另行通知用戶。
安全保護功能:
◆ 試驗在試驗箱中進行,試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端,即高壓側(cè)無電壓。
100KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm,50KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm,試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。
◆ 設(shè)備要安裝單獨的保護地線。
接保護地線,主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。
◆ 該試驗設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項保護措施,
主要有:過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。
◆直流試驗放電報警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗時,當(dāng)開啟試驗門時設(shè)備會自動報警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.
(注:因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害)。
◆ 試驗放電裝置,隨主機為一體化,改進了以往單獨配備一根放電桿的功能。
