一、海綿往復沖擊疲勞壓陷試驗機主要適用范圍及功能:
主要用于泡沫聚合材料的往復沖擊壓縮疲勞試驗,測定試樣的厚度減少值和硬度降低值(殘余變形率),并由此可以了解材料的動態(tài)疲勞特性。本儀器同時滿足我國汽車工業(yè)標準QCT56-93《汽車座椅襯墊材料性能試驗方法》和日本汽車工業(yè)標準JASOB408-84等國外標準的要求。
本儀器采用微處理器進行控制,自動設定加載負荷大小及往復壓縮次數,當負荷小于或大于設定負荷時能夠自動調節(jié),保持在設定的負荷數值下進行試驗。液晶屏顯示中文操作,本儀器具有使用操作方便,性能可靠,測量精度高等特點。
