XSG-10型滿足試驗(yàn)要求:
動(dòng)態(tài)測試
將進(jìn)水管接入水溫82℃-93℃、壓力為0.9Mpa的液壓系統(tǒng),預(yù)熱3分鐘,然后以10秒鐘的間隔進(jìn)行沖擊實(shí)驗(yàn)共十次,沖擊后的靜壓力為1.38Mpa。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束,管子應(yīng)無破損、裂痕等。
耐壓測試:
將進(jìn)水管接入水溫可控、壓力為2Mpa的液壓系統(tǒng),在60s內(nèi)把軟管充壓至2Mpa。并在2Mpa壓力下保持5min. 試驗(yàn)結(jié)束,管子應(yīng)無破損、裂痕等。
爆破測試:
將進(jìn)水管接入水溫可控、壓力為3.8Mpa的液壓系統(tǒng),在60s內(nèi)把軟管充壓至3.8Mpa。并在3.8Mpa壓力下保持5min. 試驗(yàn)結(jié)束,管子應(yīng)無破損、裂痕等。
