四、工作原理
    根據(jù)歐姆定律,被測(cè)電阻Rx等于施加電壓V除以通過(guò)的電流I。傳統(tǒng)的高阻計(jì)的工作原理是測(cè)量電壓V固定,通過(guò)測(cè)量流過(guò)取樣電阻的電流I來(lái)得到電阻值。從歐姆定律可以看出,由于電流I是與電阻成反比,而不是成正比,所以電阻的顯示值是非線性的,即電阻無(wú)窮大時(shí),電流為零,即表頭的零位處是∞,其附近的刻度非常密,分辨率很低。整個(gè)刻度是非線性的。又由于測(cè)量不同的電阻時(shí),其電壓V也會(huì)有些變化,所以普通的高阻計(jì)是精度差、分辨率低。
    本儀器是同時(shí)測(cè)出電阻兩端的電壓V和流過(guò)電阻的電流I,通過(guò)內(nèi)部的大規(guī)模集成電路完成電壓除以電流的計(jì)算,然后把所得到的結(jié)果經(jīng)過(guò)A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后以數(shù)字顯示出電阻值,即便是電阻兩端的電壓V和流過(guò)電阻的電流I是同時(shí)變化,其顯示的電阻值不象普通高阻計(jì)那樣因被測(cè)電壓V的變化或電流I的變而變,所以,即使測(cè)量電壓、被測(cè)量電阻、電源電壓等發(fā)生變化對(duì)其結(jié)果影響不大,其測(cè)量精度很高(),從理論上講其誤差可以做到零,而實(shí)際誤差可以做到千分之幾或萬(wàn)分之幾。

注意事項(xiàng):
儀器使用前請(qǐng)仔細(xì)閱讀以下內(nèi)容,否則將造成儀器損壞或電擊情況。
1. ★檢查儀器后面板電壓量程是否置于10V檔,電流電阻量程是否置于104檔。
2. ★接通電源調(diào)零,(注意此時(shí)主機(jī)不得與屏蔽箱線路連接)在“Rx"兩端開(kāi)路的情況下,調(diào)零使電流表的顯示為0000。然后關(guān)機(jī)。
3. ★將待測(cè)試樣平鋪在不保護(hù)電極*然后用保護(hù)電極壓住樣品,再插入被保護(hù)電極(不保護(hù)電極、保護(hù)電極、被保護(hù)電極應(yīng)同軸且確認(rèn)電極之間無(wú)短路)。
4. ★測(cè)體積電阻時(shí)測(cè)試按鈕撥到Rv邊,測(cè)表面電阻時(shí)測(cè)試按鈕撥到Rs邊,
5. ★接好測(cè)試線,將測(cè)試線將主機(jī)與屏蔽箱連接好。量程置于104檔,打開(kāi)主機(jī)后面板電源開(kāi)關(guān)按鈕。從儀器后面板調(diào)電壓按鈕到所要求的測(cè)量電壓。
(比如:GBT 1692-2008 硫化橡膠 絕緣電阻率的測(cè)定 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中注明要求在500V電壓進(jìn)行測(cè)定,那么電壓就要升到500V)
6. ★電流電阻量程按鈕從低檔位逐漸撥高檔,每撥一次停留1-2秒觀察顯示數(shù)字,當(dāng)被測(cè)電阻大于儀器測(cè)量量程時(shí),電阻表顯示“1",此時(shí)應(yīng)繼續(xù)將儀器撥到量程更高的位置。
測(cè)量?jī)x器有顯示值時(shí)應(yīng)停下,在1min的電化時(shí)間后測(cè)量電阻,當(dāng)前的數(shù)字乘以檔次即是被測(cè)電阻。
7. ★測(cè)試完畢先將量程撥至(104)檔,然后將測(cè)量電壓撥至10V檔,zui后將測(cè)試按鈕撥到*位置后關(guān)閉電源。然后進(jìn)行下一次測(cè)試。
8. ★應(yīng)在“Rx"兩端開(kāi)路時(shí)調(diào)零,一般一次調(diào)零后在測(cè)試過(guò)程中不需再調(diào)零。
9. ★禁止將“RX"兩端短路,以免微電流放大器受大電流沖擊。
10. ★不得在測(cè)試過(guò)程中不要隨意改動(dòng)測(cè)量電壓。
11. ★測(cè)量時(shí)從低次檔逐漸撥往高次檔。
12. ★接通電源后,手指不能觸及高壓線的金屬部分。
13. ★不得測(cè)試過(guò)程中不能觸摸微電流測(cè)試端。
14. ★在測(cè)量高阻時(shí),應(yīng)采用屏蔽盒將被測(cè)物體屏蔽。
15. ★嚴(yán)禁在試測(cè)過(guò)程隨意改變電壓量程及在通電過(guò)程中打開(kāi)主機(jī)。
16. ★嚴(yán)禁電流電阻量程未在104檔及電壓在10V檔,更換試樣。

四、工作原理

一、安裝調(diào)試:協(xié)助試驗(yàn)機(jī)的安裝,負(fù)責(zé)試驗(yàn)機(jī)的運(yùn)輸、調(diào)試。
