ASAHI SPECTRA UBVRcIc filters

Though UBVRcIc photometric system is rather classical in modern astronomy, UBVRcIc filters are still fundamental and important for some escopes.
Asahi provides UBVRcIc filters made with specified colored glass combination under the suggestion by Prof. Michael S. Bessell at RSAA in Australia.

ASAHI SPECTRA UBVRcIc filters

We currently try to develop UBVRcIc filters with "interference coating version" to replace the conventional colored glass combination.
We expect it will improve the image quality drastically in the requirement of larger size especially.
