HOLO / OR是一家致力于光束整形元件設計和制造的高科技公司。
光束整形元件是衍射光學元件(DOE),用于將近高斯入射激光束轉(zhuǎn)換成圓形,矩形,正方形,線形或其他形狀的均勻強度光斑,在特定工作平面中具有銳邊。
均勻的斑點能夠?qū)Ρ砻孢M行相同的處理,不包括特定區(qū)域的過度/不足。此外,該斑點的特征在于尖銳的過渡區(qū)域,其在處理區(qū)域和未處理區(qū)域之間形成清晰的邊界。對于單模激光器,我們提供以下光束整形解決方案:
1、焦點成形:混合元件(透鏡)或模塊,在特定工作距離(透鏡的BFL或從模塊的出口位置到頂帽平面的距離)處提供頂帽強度分布。
2、角度光束整形:光學元件(窗口),在無像差客戶的鏡頭的無限遠或焦距處提供頂帽強度分布。
3、M-Shaper:光學元件(窗口),在掃描線上提供均勻曝光。
對于多模激光器,Holo / Or提供多種平頂漫射器,可選擇圓形,方形,線形和矩形光斑。
我們還提供3個系列的環(huán)形光生成器 - 渦旋相位板,衍射錐和多圓環(huán)激光發(fā)生器。
“ Top-Hat ”或“ Flat-Top ”光束整形器是衍射光學元件(DOE),用于將近高斯入射激光束轉(zhuǎn)換為圓形,矩形,正方形,線形或均勻強度(平坦)點或在特定工作平面中具有鋒利邊緣的其他形狀。
由頂帽式光束整形器實現(xiàn)的均勻光斑使得能夠?qū)Ρ砻孢M行相同的處理,從而防止特定區(qū)域的過度曝光或曝光不足。光束整形器形成一個明確定義的光斑,具有平頂輪廓,其特征在于銳利的過渡區(qū)域,在處理區(qū)域和未處理區(qū)域之間形成清晰的邊界。
