衍射光束分束器(或點(diǎn)發(fā)生器)是一種衍射光學(xué)元件,用于將單個(gè)激光束分成幾個(gè)光束,每個(gè)光束具有原始光束的特性(其功率和傳播角度除外)。

衍射分束器可以生成1維光束陣列(1xN)或2維光束矩陣(MxN),這取決于元件上的衍射圖案。衍射分束器與諸如激光束的單色光一起使用,并且被設(shè)計(jì)用于其輸出光束之間的特定波長(zhǎng)和分離角。光束分束器的典型應(yīng)用包括:
