DFB-I救生衣防寒服由尼龍防水布加PVC泡沫片制造，衣服、褲子和靴子連成一體，背后裝有水密拉鏈，穿著方便，密封性能好，在救生服內(nèi)還可穿著各類保暖衣服，故保暖性能優(yōu)良，尤其適合水溫較低的各種水上作業(yè)具有防水保暖的功能.是一種救護(hù)生命的服裝，設(shè)計(jì)類似背心，采用尼龍面料或氯丁橡膠（NEOPRENE)，浮力材料或可充氣的材料，反光材料等制作而成。 一般使用年限為5-7年船上救生設(shè)備之一。一般為背心式，用泡沫塑料或軟木等制成。穿在身上具有足夠浮力，使落水者頭部能露出水面。

DFB-I救生衣防寒服穿著要領(lǐng)：
1）在船上取出保溫服把它打開。
2）及時(shí)穿上保溫服。
3）人體跪下把腿部拉鏈拉上。
4）人體把胸前防水拉鏈拉至臉部。
5）在下水前把臉部密封邊拉至下巴底部。
6）保溫服應(yīng)連同認(rèn)可之救生衣一同穿著。
7）從保溫服袖邊口袋取出手套。
8）人員穿上手套后拉上拉鏈。

◆Waterpro of performance：The water-permeability amount is less than 200g  after the wearer has floated on water for  one hour.

◆Thermo-insulation performance：After  the wearer soaks in stationary water of  0-2℃ for 6 hours ,the drop of the body-temperature is less than 2℃.

◆Floating force performance：The wearer  can turn over within 5S,so that his face is  toward up and the nose and mouth portion  is 120mm above the water level ,after the  wearer soaks in water for 24hours,the  floating force loss of the suit is less than  5%.

DFB-I符合SOLAS 1974 及其修正案；

設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)：具有浮力，且設(shè)計(jì)為不須加穿救生衣的救生服；

保溫性能：在0℃~+2℃平靜流通水中歷時(shí)6h，體溫降低不超過2℃；
