The JH-RSP series of wild medium and small sample dyeing machines independently developed by Wuxi Jinhao Printing and Dyeing Machinery Co., Ltd. uses a new nozzle system and fabric diffusion finishing system to effectively improve the quality and output of fabrics, reduce the bath ratio, and achieve environmental protection and energy saving. High-efficiency stainless steel centrifugal pumps provide optimal dye liquor circulation. The lifting roller is driven by a motor controlled by an inverter, and the paint bucket is equipped with an injection pump, a valve, and a dye circulation system. The liquid level indicator is equipped with a magnetically controlled water level sensing device, a high-efficiency heat exchanger, and pneumatic valves for water inlet, discharge, and liquid flow cleaning.
