六、安全保護功能：
1、試驗在試驗箱中進行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側(cè)無電壓。100KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的近距離大于270mm，50KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。
2、設(shè)備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。
3、該試驗設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、過壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警，電磁放電等。
4、直流試驗放電報警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗時,當(dāng)開啟試驗門時設(shè)備會自動報警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成傷害)。
