JGJX-80 /100/120型 液壓擺臂式裁斷機

 本機適用小型刀模對票夾組件、手機套、小型玩具、裝飾件、皮包附件等非金屬材料沖裁下料。

1.具有擺臂旋轉自如，操作選料方便。

2.采用優(yōu)質(zhì)無縫鋼管加工成立柱，用上下兩孔支撐，保證了上打擊板轉動靈活，可靠性好。

3.采用雙手操作開關，保證操作員工安全性。

4.擺臂的位置高低由機器上端的手輪調(diào)節(jié)，沖裁行程由時間計時器調(diào)節(jié)，這樣可以輕易獲得裁切位置，提高工作效率，延長了刀模和墊板的使用壽命。

5.利用飛輪的慣性儲能，節(jié)省能源。

注：裁斷區(qū)域選用普通冷鋼焊接刀模。選用激光木樣刀模。特殊規(guī)格可定制。

USE AND CHARACTER

This machine is suitable for blanking of the nonmetallic materials such as small-sized knife mold.、ticket clip unit、handset sleeve、small toys、adornments、leather bag fittings etc.

1.With freely rotary swing arm, easy to operate.

2.The upright column is  made of high-grade seamless tube, supported by two upper and lower holes, to ensure the upper strike board can turn smoothly, with good reliability. 

3.Adopt the switches tan are operated by two hands, to ensure the operator is safe.

4.The position of the swing arm is adjusted by the upper hａnd wheel on the machine. Blanking travel is controlled by the timer. Thus it is easy to obtain the best cutting position, which and increase work sufficiency and prolong the service life  of the knife mold and backing board.

5.Use fly wheel inertia stored energy to save energy.
