Hale Hamilton’s valve technology has been developed for handling Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), where compact, integrated solutions are essential. Valves are integrated into manifolds and skid based packages for CNG Filling Station installations, where CNG is used to fuel vehicles e.g. taxis, buses, etc.

CNG is clean burning, low cost and abundant in many parts of the world. Governments around the world encourage the use of CNG in Industrial and Automotive applications, as well as promoting the recovery of gas that would otherwise be flared off.

Cascade Storage Priority Fill

Our mechanical Priority Fill Manifolds offer a stａnd alone system for managing the order in which the storage banks are filled with a range of options for flow rate and function.

Our Actuated Ball Valve Style Manifolds and Panels provide a lower pressure drop solution in a compact package.

1, 2 or 3 lines
ESD Valves of the dispenser lines
With or without ball valves and gauges
Supply Pressure Gauge (makes th priority fill valve set pressures easier to adjust)
Low Bank Check Valve (required if the compressor isn't fitted with a check valve at the outlet)

CNG Dispensers

Hale Hamilton's dispenser manifolds integate the instrumentation and valve components into a single manifold block saving the Dispenser manufacturer time and cost while reducing the space requirement inside the dispenser as well.
