VenaFlux系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)能進(jìn)行連續(xù)流體細(xì)胞分析的半自動(dòng)化微流體分析系統(tǒng)。配合使用Cellix生物芯片和細(xì)胞分析軟件，可檢測(cè)粘附到微毛細(xì)管上的細(xì)胞，微毛細(xì)管中覆蓋抗體或者培養(yǎng)有內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞，模擬生理流動(dòng)產(chǎn)生一定的剪切力。VenaFlux系統(tǒng)操作簡(jiǎn)單，可減少耗時(shí)耗錢的動(dòng)物模型實(shí)驗(yàn)，獲得特異性強(qiáng)，準(zhǔn)確性高，重復(fù)性好的結(jié)果。
