整機特性：

1、 BS型超高頻感應加熱設備具有頻率高（頻率在1-1.5MKHZ），體積小，重量輕，加熱速度快,效率高,故障率低，節(jié)能等優(yōu)點，比傳統(tǒng)加熱方式節(jié)能70%以上,可加熱直徑0.1mm 的線材；

2、 焊接點牢固，美觀，精致，被焊接件不受幾何形狀的限制，產品表面花紋不會損傷，無明顯焊疤；

3、 退火范圍小，金屬內部晶體結構不變，產品變形小，在熱處理過程中可加入氣體保護，達到光亮退火；

4、 節(jié)能環(huán)保,無污染,工作環(huán)境好；

5、 加熱頭與主機分離，更加方便配套焊接自動化工裝夾具。

 主要用途：

1、硬質合金鋸片大小齒,眼睛架零配件，珠寶首飾，鐘表，魚鉤，刀具及電子行業(yè)各種極細線材的焊接，錫焊，銀焊等；

2. 刀口，齒輪，機電行業(yè)精細金屬接頭的銅焊和微型軸心等小的熱處理，淬火，退火等。
