PVC磨粉機(jī)（SMW系列小型立式塑料磨粉機(jī)）

本廠吸收技術(shù)研制開發(fā)的PVC磨粉機(jī)(SMW系列小型立式塑料磨粉機(jī))。主要應(yīng)用于硬質(zhì)PVC回收領(lǐng)域，如PVC管材、型材、板材的次品及邊角余料的回收。

• 采用風(fēng)水雙冷可直接對(duì)物料、刀片、齒板冷卻，而本機(jī)更是強(qiáng)風(fēng)冷卻，可顯著降低機(jī)內(nèi)溫度，有利于熱敏性塑料的研磨。

• 在刀盤高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的氣流中物料因離心力的作用被甩向齒板，在刀片與齒板間撞擊摩擦而粉碎。

• 細(xì)粉隨氣流排出，貼近齒板的粗粒料因擋板的阻礙不能排除被繼續(xù)粉碎直至呈粉料隨風(fēng)排出。

• 20-100目可調(diào)且調(diào)節(jié)簡便。

The machine is our latest self-developed grinding mill, This pulverizer is high speed, turbo-type grinders for the processing of medium hard, impact resistant and friable materials, for example PVC、PS and so on. Double cooling of wind & water can may cool down the temperature of material, blade and tooth-shaped plate.

• This machine has applied strong wind cooling, which can apparently reduce internal temperature of the machine.

• This is good for grinding heat sensitive tooth shaped plate.

• Fine powder exits with the air flow, those coarse powder which is near the tooth shaped plate can not exit due to block of the blocking bar until they are ground into fine powders.

• The powder mesh is adjustable (20-100 mesh).
