  MK系列工業(yè)冷油機適用于數(shù)控機床，座標(biāo)鏜床，磨床、加工中心、組合機床及各種精密機床的主軸潤滑油和液壓傳動媒介的冷卻，能精確的控制循環(huán)介質(zhì)溫度，能夠有效避免加工過程中，由于循環(huán)介質(zhì)溫度過高導(dǎo)致的加工工件熱變形，進而影響加工精度。美科工業(yè)冷油機是利用冷媒的蒸發(fā)吸熱原理進行冷卻工作的，機組主要由制冷系統(tǒng)，介質(zhì)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，電氣控制系統(tǒng)三部分組成，油泵從機床液箱抽取介質(zhì)至制冷系統(tǒng)蒸發(fā)器中進行熱交換處理，冷卻后的介質(zhì)再經(jīng)冷油機管路回到機床介質(zhì)箱中，通過連續(xù)循環(huán)工作，使整個機床的循環(huán)介質(zhì)保持在合理的溫度區(qū)間，從而滿足生產(chǎn)加工工藝需求。

MK series industrial oil cooler is suitable for cooling the spindle lubricating oil and hydraulic transmission media of CNC machines, coordinate boring machines, grinders, machining centers, modular machines, and various precision machine tools. It can accurately control the temperature of the circulating medium, effectively avoiding thermal deformation of the workpiece caused by excessive temperature of the circulating medium during the processing process, thereby affecting the processing accuracy. The Meike Industrial Oil Cooler uses the principle of evaporation and heat absorption of refrigerant for cooling. The unit is mainly composed of three parts: a refrigeration system, a medium circulation system, and an electrical control system. The oil pump extracts the medium from the machine tool liquid tank to the evaporator of the refrigeration system for heat exchange treatment. The cooled medium is then returned to the machine tool medium tank through the oil cooler pipeline, and is operated through continuous circulation, Keep the circulating medium of the entire machine tool at a reasonable temperature range to meet the production and processing process requirements.
