全自動(dòng)無(wú)人值守中頻感應(yīng)加熱爐，具有自動(dòng)上下料、自動(dòng)進(jìn)出料、溫度自動(dòng)控制、溫控分選等功能。

1.簡(jiǎn)述：

將工件手工排放于斜上料臺(tái)后，通過(guò)刮板上料系統(tǒng)上料，料上到位后再由翻料系統(tǒng)將工件翻入感應(yīng)爐口進(jìn)料槽中，再由推料氣缸按設(shè)定好的節(jié)拍推入加熱爐內(nèi)加熱，出料口由快速提取系統(tǒng)將熱料快速提出進(jìn)入下一道鍛壓工序。紅外測(cè)溫儀檢測(cè)并顯示溫度。

2.設(shè)備配置：

注：1、其全套設(shè)備也可以選擇采用西門(mén)子PLC及操作屏對(duì)設(shè)備生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行全過(guò)程控制，具有參數(shù)顯示、記錄、查詢(xún)、報(bào)警等功能；溫度控制采用*的數(shù)學(xué)模型計(jì)算、功率因子自修正的控制方式，可使批量溫度穩(wěn)定性得到較好的控制。此項(xiàng)為選配項(xiàng)，可以增加設(shè)備的檔次，全部加軟件部分價(jià)格為8.0萬(wàn)。

2、其全套設(shè)備也可選配一臺(tái)風(fēng)水冷卻器（FL-500）進(jìn)行冷卻。

10、爐體結(jié)構(gòu)

對(duì)于不同的被加熱工件在加熱時(shí)要更換不同的加熱爐，為方便更換和減小更換爐體時(shí)的工作量，我公司加熱爐設(shè)計(jì)為整體型

水的連接為快速接頭，為了電的連接可靠采用4個(gè)螺栓連接方式。更換時(shí)只需松開(kāi)此螺栓和打開(kāi)水接頭鎖緊裝置即可。

11、快換接頭：為了方便操作，在各水管路接頭設(shè)計(jì)中采用了快換接頭，

12、爐襯：爐襯采用碳化硅或整體打結(jié)方式，使用溫度1450℃以上，有良好的絕緣性、絕熱性，耐激冷激熱和抗沖擊性。
