FBZD、FBZDY粉塵防爆型三錐形轉(zhuǎn)子異步電動機，防爆標(biāo)志DIPA20TAT4適用于20區(qū)，T4溫度組別及以下防爆場所, FBZDS粉塵防爆型三錐形轉(zhuǎn)子異步電動機，防爆標(biāo)志DIPA22TAT4,帶有自動剎車裝置,在電源切斷時,依靠轉(zhuǎn)子上壓力彈簧產(chǎn)生摩擦轉(zhuǎn)動可使用電機在短時間停止轉(zhuǎn)動,這類電機起動力矩大,常用在起重運輸機械中,也可用于自動控制流水線上或特殊的機床設(shè)備,要求能迅速制動的工作場所.

The FBZD,FBZDY dust protect motor of taper rotor , marking DIPA20TAT4 is applicable to zone 20 and temperature degree T4 and below environment filled with combustible dust . ,FBZDS dust protect motor of taper rotor , marking DIPA22TAT4.The motor have automatic brake device, at the power supply cut off, depend on to the pressure spring in the rotor creation rubs make the motor stop in short time. This motor with big start-up moment, commonly use in hoisting equipment & transport machine, also can used for the special machine tool equipments or the automatic control line, request can make the brake quickly.

二、適用范圍

II. Applicability

1、粉塵防爆型三相錐形轉(zhuǎn)子異步電動機使用于工作環(huán)境溫度－30～＋40攝氏度，海撥不超過1000米的場合。

1. The dust protect motor of taper rotor is used in environment temperature -30～+40℃, Altitude under 1000m.

2、防爆電動機的電源為三相正弦交流電，額定頻率為50Hz，額定電壓為380V。（特殊要求可單獨設(shè)計，如50Hz415V、60Hz220/380V、60Hz220/440V等等）。當(dāng)防爆電動機接線端的電壓不低于額定值的90％時（頻率為額定值），隔爆電動機仍能正常工作。

The power of the dust protect motor of taper rotor is three phase alternating current of sine , rated frequency is 50Hz ,rated voltage is 380V ,(The special request can singleness design , such as 50Hz415V、60Hz220/380V、60Hz220/440V).When the terminal voltage not less than 90%(the frequency is rated),the motor can well-balanced operate .

3、防爆電動機的工作制度為JC25％，絕緣等級為F級，符合GB12476.1-2000《可燃性粉塵環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備 第1部分：用外殼和限制表面溫度保護(hù)的電氣設(shè)備》以及JB/T9008.3-1999.
