CatWalk XT動物步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)是一個包含軟硬件的完整系統(tǒng)。它使用Illuminated Footprints™技術(shù),捕獲每一個腳步的細節(jié)。通過自動腳印分類節(jié)省您大量的實驗時間。
動物步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)的核心設(shè)備是一個封閉的步行臺,老鼠可以從一端走到另一端。腳印照明技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了利用高速攝像機從步行臺下方捕獲真正的腳印。
腳印照明技術(shù)甚至可以探測壓力差異,從而測量動物體重在四腳的分配情況。
為了動物保持自然步態(tài)沒有采取強制措施。在步態(tài)分析中行走速度是一個非常重要的因素。步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)可以測定行走速度,進行數(shù)據(jù)選擇和分析。不需要外部標(biāo)記,修剪指甲,大量光照等。

動物步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)9.0提供了數(shù)據(jù)分段概要功能,允許您根據(jù)速度參數(shù)和連續(xù)步行的次數(shù)選擇動物步行片段,從而提高您的試驗數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量并允許您控制動物運動速度。
新增統(tǒng)計參數(shù)
在動物步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)9.0中除了新增的腳印測量參數(shù),用來計算坐骨神經(jīng)功能指數(shù)。另外,新的參數(shù)還有:單足支撐時間,起始雙足支撐時間,末尾雙足支撐時間。這些參數(shù)用于研究疼痛實驗中動物的單只和雙只后腿支撐所用時間。
足印自動分類功能
動物步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)包括了足印自動分類功能。只需按動按鈕,系統(tǒng)將自動分類動物步行過程中的足印。如果系統(tǒng)提示不能分類的足印,系統(tǒng)會自動突出這些足印方便您手動標(biāo)記。前期測試結(jié)果令人印象深刻:在足印分類中節(jié)省了高達70%的時間,從而使整個實驗的時間也節(jié)約了50%。的物有所值!
