測(cè)試方法：

將試樣兩引腳分別連接在測(cè)試設(shè)備的夾具上 通上10毫安左右的檢測(cè)電流（zui大不超過(guò)100毫安），將硅油池溫度先穩(wěn)定在TF-10度（硅油池帶攪拌，保證溫度均勻，升溫速率可調(diào)）然后將實(shí)驗(yàn)放到硅油池內(nèi)，采用受控溫度即0.5℃±0.2℃/MIN這樣的升溫速率，每個(gè)試樣都有溫度傳感器檢測(cè)溫度，有槽內(nèi)有單獨(dú)測(cè)試通道，一根熔斷器一個(gè)測(cè)試通道，設(shè)計(jì)共10個(gè)通道，每個(gè)通道單獨(dú)監(jiān)控一個(gè)熔斷器。熔斷器在某個(gè)溫度點(diǎn)熔斷后，設(shè)備及時(shí)提醒并鎖定熔斷溫度。
