罩式洗碗機主要結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理

該機主要由微電腦控制系統(tǒng)、清洗系統(tǒng)、漂洗系統(tǒng)、不銹鋼機架組成。

該機由不銹鋼水泵將洗滌水從水槽中抽出加壓并循環(huán)使用，水槽內(nèi)的水溫溫控器控制在55±5℃。在洗滌過程中洗滌籃固定不動，上下洗滌臂由洗滌水推動旋轉(zhuǎn)．這種方式的優(yōu)點在于洗滌臂可從各個角度對碗、碟進(jìn)行清洗，不存在死角，保證了洗滌質(zhì)量。洗滌程序完畢后是漂洗程序，漂洗臂噴出攝氏85±5℃的高溫凈水(洗杯時溫度控制為65C)，上程序的漂洗水作為下次的洗滌水用，從而保證了洗滌水的清潔性．漂洗時，用分配器自動加人催干劑，能迅速揮發(fā)餐具表面水分，*跡，并起到消毒的作用．具有熱能回收裝置，節(jié)約能源30％。
