主要特點

1、SYKM系列水墨瓦楞紙板印刷分壓切角開槽機，能一次性完成瓦楞紙板印刷、切角、開槽、壓線、修邊等多道工序(可配打孔、打扣手裝置)。

2、印刷、開槽各機組采用氣動鎖緊，電動離合，分開自動剎車，確保印刷、開槽位置不錯位。

3、該機為氣動抬板，氣動隔膜泵上墨，自動勻墨，有效地消除了機器間歇時水墨變干影響印刷效果的不利因素。

4、采用360度行星電動相位調整，運轉和停止時均可調整印刷位置和切角開槽位置，節(jié)約了調整時間，提高了印刷精度和生產效率。

5、開槽刀四刀同步調箱高，節(jié)省換單時間。

6、可選配開槽上下刀盤、上下壓線輪、踢紙刀、壓紙桿，手動聯(lián)體同步軸向移動。

7、主傳動齒輪采用45#優(yōu)質鋼鍛造且齒部高頻淬火處理，斜齒傳動。

8、自動噴淋潤滑，減輕機器噪音，延長齒輪使用壽命。

9、該機為單張紙板手工喂料，具有外觀新穎、操作方便、印刷清晰準確、干的快等特點。

4.Adopt 360 degree planet electric phase adjust, can adjust the printing and slotter positon while run or stop the machine, save the time and improved printing precision and production efficiency.
