說明及特點:

1、該型分切機適合于分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等塑料薄膜，復合膜， 

膜，彩印膜。是薄膜、薄片二次加工以及彩印包裝企業(yè)的理想機型。

2、整機由PLC集中控制（三矢量電機）并采用觸摸屏人機界面對整機進行集中操作。

3、放卷采用啟動剎車制動器，由PLC自動計算卷徑實現(xiàn)自動漲力控制。

4、牽引控制由一臺矢量變頻電機驅(qū)動，實現(xiàn)恒線速度控制，并有效地隔斷收放卷張力之間的相互影響。

5、收卷軸采用氣漲軸收卷由二臺矢量變頻電機獨立驅(qū)動，收卷張力控制，根據(jù)收卷直徑，分切厚度，設定張力等參數(shù)，由PLC運算實現(xiàn)自動張力遞增。（可選滑差氣漲軸）

6、收卷軸壓輥離合采用氣動裝置，壓力大小通過調(diào)壓閥控制，（壓輥采用平推式）。

7、放卷裝卸料采用氣漲軸裝卸料，氣動鎖緊，料卷氣動升降，裝卸料方便、效率高。

8、放卷EPC糾編裝置搭配CCD影像傳感器，可準確控制端面精度。

9、分切采用分切裝置，端面整齊，有邊廢料風送。（紙張需購置圓刀分切裝置）

10、整機由同步帶、同步輪為傳動方式，執(zhí)行與鎖緊采用氣動方式

11、牽引導輥：靜平衡鋁合金導輥，表面硬化處理 

12、系統(tǒng)具有啟動緩沖、停車防松、計米定長，定速、卷徑運算等分切功能。
