3、采用蓄熱式結構，爐體組成：爐本體+蓄熱式燃控系統(tǒng)，蓄熱系統(tǒng)采用新型三蓄熱結構，可大大降低煙氣溫度，不需要對排煙管路做過多保溫措施，并可降低除塵系統(tǒng)的耐溫要求。

5、加料、扒渣方便，布料均勻，熔化速度快。物料入爐后不會有較大的落差，不易損壞爐襯。大爐子可開設兩個爐門，使布料更加均勻，不致于出現(xiàn)爐門口堆料現(xiàn)象。
6、自動化程度高，一鍵點火，自動控溫，大小火變頻調節(jié)；
7、爐子壽命長，澆注料采用進口品牌分倉砌筑而成，倉與倉之間設有凹形楔口，即可適應內襯材料的熱膨冷縮變化，亦可防鋁液滲漏，同時還有的保溫效果。施工時采用的施工工藝，確保了各種工況下，爐襯均不會出現(xiàn)癱塌、傾倒現(xiàn)象。
8、燃燒安全性高:采用pLC自動控制，配置熄火自動保護，自動吹掃功能，火焰自動檢測。觸摸屏界面：鋁液、爐膛、排煙溫度，燃氣流量、風機頻率等各項參數一目了然。
