本機(jī)采用普通懸掛輸送機(jī)，特點如下：拋丸機(jī)

（1）鉤等間距設(shè)置，連續(xù)均速前進(jìn)，連續(xù)作業(yè)，生產(chǎn)效率高，但對每鉤工件的清理力度不能調(diào)節(jié)，只能在動態(tài)下裝卸料。

（2）拋丸機(jī)件出入口采用氣動大門，室體密封性好。

（3）鏈的長度和布置可按用戶要求設(shè)定，裝卸鑄件作業(yè)點布置靈活，易與上下工序組成流水作業(yè)。

（4）通懸掛輸送機(jī)比積放式簡單，造價低，維修量小。

本類設(shè)備適用于大批量生產(chǎn)中清理中小鑄件，目前在汽車、拖拉機(jī)、柴油機(jī)及閥門等行業(yè)中應(yīng)用廣泛。拋丸機(jī)
