DLC涂層在ta-C的應(yīng)用:
ta-C 是目前可應(yīng)用的較硬以及摩擦性能較好的PVD金剛石碳涂層,其非常適合具備,也是理想的低摩擦表面系數(shù),高的維氏硬度HV,這些涂層特性使得DLC碳涂層在摩擦與耐摩擦的應(yīng)用方面表面優(yōu)異.同時四邊形金剛石薄膜Ta-C涂層,其Sp3金剛石含量可達(dá)65~85%之間,維氏硬度Hv0.1可達(dá)4000~7000。
ta-C 高強的涂層硬度與低摩擦系數(shù)也適合于高速加工石墨,碳纖維,復(fù)合材料,鋁及鋁合金(硅含量<12%),以有其它的非金屬材料的干式切削。不僅可以用在合金刀具表面,也可以沉積在高速剛、鋁以及鈦等材料都沒有問題。
