KTM’s Dual V is a rugged dual-function valve that can be used in On/Off applications as well as modulating applications. This valve is designed to provide solutions to specific operating needs. Flanged and Flangeless styles are available.

Features & Benefits:

  • Unique Dual V-ball features a secondary (Small) V-notch allowing extremely small, accurate flow rates.
  • The primary (Large) V-ball provides straight through, non-clogging flow, allowing a large amount of heterogeneous fluid.
  • Dual V-ball allows rate changes and controls fluids with a rangeability in excess of 250:1.
  • Nearly equal percent flow characteristic.
  • Rotary-valve design provides shearing action between the V-notch ball and the seat, promoting a smooth, non-clogging operation.
  • Spring supported, stellited metal seat.
  • Class V shut-off.
  • Unibody design reduces stress.
  • Minimum body cavity reduces build-up.
  • Fugitive emission package available for both flammable and non-flammable service.
  • Available in flangeless or flanged construction.
  • Multiple, adjustable ring packing allows easy adjustment without requiring valve disassembly or actuator removal.
  • Integral mounting pad.
  • Static electricity grounding device.
  • Positive position indication.
  • Meets NACE MR01.75 for sulfide cracking resistance.
