Sgm1400 ℃ vacuum tube furnace is a laboratory vacuum tube resistance furnace produced by Luoyang sigma high temperature electric furnace. The vacuum tube furnace is controlled by intelligent instrument. The furnace tube adopts high purity corundum tube, and the maximum temperature can reach 1400 ℃. The water-cooled sealing flange is closely combined with quartz tube or corundum tube. Stainless steel needle valve and mechanical pressure gauge are installed on the flange, and supports are added at both ends of the flange to reduce the load of furnace tube and ensure the service life. Vacuum degree: 10-2torr (using mechanical pump), 10-5torr (using molecular pump) can purchase various vacuum pumps in our company. Ignition device can be added.

結(jié)構(gòu)特點Structural features:
1、爐體采用雙層爐殼結(jié)構(gòu)，雙層爐殼之間裝有風機，可以快速升降溫，爐殼表面溫度低。

3、爐管采用99剛玉制作而成、兩端用304不銹鋼法蘭密封。
The furnace tube is made of 99 corundum and sealed with 304 stainless steel flange at both ends.
4、法蘭兩端加支托，減輕爐管負重，保證使用壽命。
Supports are added at both ends of the flange to reduce the load of furnace tube and ensure the service life.
5、爐膛材料采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的進口氧化鋁多晶纖維砌筑而成，節(jié)能50。

6、電爐溫度控制系統(tǒng)采用人工智能調(diào)節(jié)技術(shù)，具有PID調(diào)節(jié)、模糊控制、自整定能力并可編制各種升溫程序等功能，該控制系統(tǒng)溫度顯示精度為1℃，溫場穩(wěn)定度±5℃，升溫速率1~20℃可任意設(shè)置。
The temperature control system of electric furnace adopts artificial intelligence regulation technology, which has PID regulation, fuzzy control, self-tuning ability, and can program various temperature rising programs. The temperature display accuracy of the control system is 1 ℃, the temperature field stability is ± 5 ℃, and the heating rate can be set arbitrarily from 1 ℃ to 20 ℃.
7、氣流控制：可選配浮子流量計、質(zhì)子流量計、多路混氣系統(tǒng)，控制氣體流量。

8、真空系統(tǒng)：可選購配 TW-1.5A 真空泵和能夠抽到 10-1Pa 真空泵或能夠抽到 10-4Pa 德國進口分子泵，真空度可根據(jù)需要調(diào)整。

注意事項
爐管內(nèi)氣壓不可高于0.02MPa
由于氣瓶內(nèi)部氣壓較高，所以向爐管內(nèi)通入氣體時，氣瓶上必須安裝減壓閥
當爐體溫度高于1000℃時，爐管內(nèi)不可處于真空狀態(tài)，爐管內(nèi)的氣壓需和大氣壓相當，保持在常壓狀態(tài)
對于樣品加熱的實驗，不建議關(guān)閉爐管法蘭端的抽氣閥和進氣閥使用。若需要關(guān)閉氣閥對樣品加熱，則需時刻關(guān)注壓力表的示數(shù)，若氣壓表示數(shù)大于0.02MPa，必須立刻打開泄氣閥，以防意外發(fā)生（如爐 管破裂，法蘭飛出等）
